The firm is led by Ambreen Kaoser, a Solicitor-Advocate of the Senior Courts (civil) of England and Wales. With Higher Rights of Audience to appear in all courts and proceedings, our clients can expect representation in all matters. External counsel will only be instructed in limited cases. Ambreen is also a member of The Law Society, the Solicitors’ Association of Higher Court Advocates (SAHCA) and the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA).
